Change of Plans...Really?

What were my plans anyway?

Tonight it's chicken cordon bleu (breaded, sauteed, then baked chicken cutlets with ham and Swiss cheese stuffed inside) broccoli on the side.

Tomorrow: Turkey chili with all the fixins'.

Friday: Out with Jen and Barb for a bit of shopping then dinner.

Saturday begins the school Spring Break Holiday until Tuesday April 6. How much cooking will go on during the holiday is any ones guess.

Easter dinner at the Creutz' will be wonderful, as always. Thank you for including us!
