Today Denise and I had the worst lunch we've had yet. We meet every so often to have lunch together, which is really nice, however, today we went to Mardi Gras on Austin Street. We hadn't been there in forever and have no plans to ever go back.
We shared a fried shrimp sandwich and a fried catfish sandwich. The shrimp and fish were gross tasting and the side of sweet potato fries and onion rings were tasteless and greasy. What a waste of good lunch time.
Next time, Cabana...
