Saturday afternoon in Ithaca....we went to Cortland to see all girls roller derby. It was fun and interesting and the first time we'd been. They have leagues on Long Island if anyone is interested in seeing it closer than Cortland.
The food at the rink was what you'd expect. Hot dogs, fries, pizza, etc. All greasy and yummy.
Later that night, after an earlier trip to Wegman's (one of the greatest supermarkets in the world. Right up there with Fairway) Chrysalis and I made dinner for our family. Linguine with white clam sauce, escarole with tomatoes and garlic, garlic bread and artichokes with garlic and cheese. I am afraid I could have made better artichokes, but who's perfect?????
Sunday morning were bagels and yummy eggs and onions made by Margo!
I am very appreciative of my family for their hospitality, generosity and love.
Congratulations to Jesse and Ryan on their High School Graduations and to Chrysalis on her Grad school Graduation! We have great kids in our family!
