A Quickie

Tonight's dinner was Pork Shepherd's style. Boneless pork loin cut into chunks, marinated in garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil, then browned, then roasted. Onions cut into slices sauteed in olive oil went on top of the pork. Rice and salad on the side.

Jesse has his Senior Trip tomorrow to Pinegrove Ranch upstate. I hope they go in all this snow and I hope he has fun!
I am not cooking this weekend!
